Hello! Thank you for coming by.

A brief overview of who I am. Well, my name is Melanie Cruz (as you could guess lol). I definitely feel that I am defined as being a wife and a mom of 3 girls. However, that’s not where my story ends and it’s far from complete. I am also an inventor, an entrepreneur, a crafter, a winner of awards and an occasional TV personality.  I have a difficult time with accepting compliments and never feel like what I do for others is enough…there is always room for more good deeds.  I think I’ll go into more detail about the charities I support in my blogs.

One of my licensed patented inventions is Bebe Doos Perfect Ponies. Instagram: @bebedoos

My oldest daughter is Arabella, she was born 10 months after my hubby and I eloped. She is 8 years old and has won every award her school has offered to her and she is on student council. Fun fact: she was speaking in sentences at one year old.

My second daughter is Londyn. She is 4 years old and was born with several birth defects, including gastroschisis. She had 3 surgeries by the time she was 2 months old. Her battle wounds do not define her. She’s extremely creative and sees nothing for what it is. She naturally thinks outside the box and has an answer for everything. She’s very extreme with whatever emotion she feels at the moment. She is also the funniest kid I know.

My youngest daughter is Elora. She is a year old. So far we are still getting to know her. She’s finding herself as well. As of now she’s quite the butterball of giggles and very divalicious at the same time. I’ll elaborate in my blogs about how difficult of a baby she was and still can be. We just love her to pieces!

I have another name: Auntie Nonnie! I think one of the greatest things in life is not only being a mother to my girls but being an auntie to more kids. I have 6 nieces and nephews (which doesn’t include my best friend’s and cousin’s children). There are 3 girls and three boys. My sister has 4 of them. She and I were pregnant during each of my pregnancies…she snuck in an extra child in when I didn’t have one. She and I are together almost everyday and her babies are like my own, they are amazing!

You can see me soon on a national ABC show…can’t wait to share the details. Until then you can catch me on the local news with my daughters sharing crafty projects.
